Minor improvements and fixes. Save games are 100% compatible.
- The active breadcrumb color is now shown in the lower-left
- Picking up zero breadcrumbs plays a different sound
- Icons in-game are tweaked
- Bricks on the floor now align with bricks on the walls, as seen from the dungeon map
- External links in the credits now open in a new tab
